Return Policy

Once the PDF with instructions has been downloaded, a refund will not be applicable except in the following cases:

Eligible Refunds:

A refund may only be considered when ALL of the following conditions are met:

1.- Fulfilling ALL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS of the computer, specified in the product description, the software does not work (i.e., does not start).

2.- The customer has contacted us within 15 CALENDAR DAYS after the date of purchase and within this time has requested and received remote assistance from one of our advisors. **During this remote assistance, the problem presented will be verified, and if the software continues not to start correctly, a refund will be considered.**

If these conditions are met, the customer may opt for a product exchange of equal or lower cost or a full refund.

Ineligible Cases for Refund:

NO REFUND WILL BE APPLIED when the customer's computer equipment DOES NOT MEET ALL THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS specified in the product description.

This includes situations where:

The software does not start or runs slowly or unsmoothly even at the lowest quality and resolution allowed.

The software has some error or gameplay problem (caused by the lack of optimization by the developers or the lack of requirements on the customer's equipment).

In this case, and on a ONE OCCASION, a product exchange of equal or lower cost may be offered, subject to verification of the software's requirements and its operation through remote assistance.

Remote assistance will be provided through the ANYDESK application.

Processing Times for Approved Refunds:

Payments by card or through MercadoPago: The charge will be cancelled within 48 BUSINESS HOURS after the refund is authorized. The time it takes to reflect will depend on the customer's bank and card.
